This is a washed process medium roast coffee with notes of caramel, chocolate and grapefruit. This comes from the Aproeco Cooperative that was founded by smallholder farmers in 2008 and now has over 400 members cultivating coffee of impressive quality and complexity, with a focus on sustainability.
