A roast named after one of our favorite Greyboy Allstars album, this is a Direct Trade Guatemalan Hunapu, grown in farms that are located in the southern slopes of the Antigua Valley, between 5,100 and 6,000 feet.

Named after the volcano it grows near, the hand picked fruit is processed and washed in a traditional mill with crystal clear water. This sun dried coffee has the highest standards of quality in Antigua.

The medium roast brings bright acidity, hints of berry and lemon with a sweet finish and hints of chocolate.

Cupping Notes: Caramel, Lavender, Lemon Acidity, Milk Chocolate
